Regulations of the Freestylers Tribe (the company) in West Walk and Lusail Doha has been drawn up to ensure safety of use of Freestylers tribe centres

The Company’s priority is to provide a nice and safe way to spend leisure time for our clients, however, we need to point out that activities including but not limited to jumping on Trampolines, Parkour/ Freerunning, obstacle course etc… may lead to injuries

In order to minimize the risk of above-mentioned injuries, one must strictly adhere to the rules stipulated in these regulations and the instructions, advices and orders expressed by the Company’s personnel

1. Freestylers Opening hours
   • West walk:
     • Sunday to Thursday: 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM
     • Friday and Saturday: 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM
   • Lusail:
     • Sunday to Thursday: 12:00 PM to 09:00 PM
     • Friday and Saturday: 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM

Freestylers Tribe have the right to change the operation hours of its facilities at any time without notice

2. Your Membership
   • You must be a minimum age of 4 years with parental consent for those below 18 years to join Freestylers Tribe
   • Your membership allows you to access Freestylers Tribe in accordance with the type of membership option that you have selected as set out below
   • Your membership applies to you personally. You cannot lend, assign, or transfer it to another person
   • On entry into this membership agreement and every time you enter our facilities during your membership, you warrant and represent Freestylers Tribe that you have no medical conditions known to you that would mean you are capable of all forms of exercises and that such exercise will not be detrimental to your health. If in doubt, it is your sole responsibility to consult a medical practitioner or to cancel your membership
   • We reserve the right to implement a waiting list at any time if we deem it necessary to do so
   • We reserve the right to make or change the Terms and Conditions in this membership agreement or at our reasonable discretion without notice to you
   • We may assign the benefit of your membership agreement or the ownership of Freestylers Tribe to another operator, firm or company at any time without notice to you

3. Membership Options
   • Lusail (booking must be done via phone or by visiting the center)
     • 8 Classes package: available with 2 different options (twice a week or once a week) both options must be completed within two months from the date of your membership purchase or renewal
     • 10 private classes package: must be completed within two months from the date of your membership purchase or renewal
     • Walk in classes: must be booked in advance
   • West walk
     • Freestylers Neighborhood (booking must be done via phone or by visiting the center)
       • 8 Classes package: available with 2 different options (twice a week or once a week) both options must be completed within two months from the date of your membership purchase or renewal
       • 10 private classes package: must be completed within two months from the date of your membership purchase or renewal
       • Walk in classes: must be booked in advance
     • Daily entrance
       • Users may book their tickets via freestylerstribe.com website (applicable for west walk branch only) or by visiting the front desk
       • 6 types of tickets are available: 1 hour, 2 hours, 3 hours, the Tribe Membership, Guardian Pass (regular basis) and the Tribe Day Pass (seasonal)

4. Payment Of Membership Fees and Hourly Tickets
   • By completing the Application Form and agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, you agree to pay all Freestylers Tribe membership and other fees on time
   • The basis for any payment is the price list. The price list is available on the website or at the front desk
   • The fee is collected in advance, according to the valid price list, and is not subject to a partial or full refund, West Walk branch users who book through the website cannot change the time and date of use of the entertainment areas unless failure to provide a service was due to deliberate fault of the company
   • A user purchases a ticket/membership for a specified term (entry at full hour) and a period of time. After the time paid for has finished, users are obliged to leave Freestylers tribe centre and head to lockers room/exit. When membership is expired users are obliged to renew their membership to attend new classes and guarantee their previous schedules
   • Freestylers tribe reserves the right to change the price and type of tickets at any time. The above mentioned right does not impact the performance of orders and agreements concluded prior to the date of applying such changes
   • The centre sales hourly tickets over the internet at freestylerstribe.com (applicable for west walk only) where the users may submit their orders. For Parkour, Freerunning, Trampoline classes users must contact the centre to arrange a trial session (applicable for west walk and Lusail branches)
   • By placing an order through the website, the user is obliged to select a time and date of entry to the centre premises, type and number of tickets, payment method, and is obliged to read and accept the Terms and Conditions, which is an obligatory condition for completing the order
   • The ticket purchase price is binding at the time of submitting the order, and the user submitting the order undertakes to pay for ordered tickets. One person at one time can purchase an unlimited number of tickets
   • The Centre is not liable for failure or incorrect address indicated by the user, issues with the internet or other circumstances beyond the control of the center
   • Users book and purchase the admission to the center for a determined period (which is multiples of 1 hour) and are obligated to observe this term. It is recommended to arrive to the center 30 minutes prior to the booked time. The centre is not obligated to reimburse for the lost time in case a user is late for the booked term. The start and the end of a session (at full hours) is communicated by the center employees
   • There are no refunds for the time paid for and unused by a user
   • The center is not responsible for interruptions in the operation of the venue due to reasons beyond its control; technical failures, outages, electrical power and other utilities and other reasons that constitute force majeure
   • During registration for Parkour, Freerunning and Trampoline classes you are required to select your preferred branch, either West Walk or Lusail. Customers cannot use Lusail branch membership to attend classes at West walk branch and vice versa. Trampoline classes are only available at west walk branch

5. Facilities and Services
   • To gain access to Freestylers Tribe you must always provide your membership card/wrist band at all times
   • Since Freestylers Tribe is a mixed gender facility, all members must be respectful with their outfits and observe modesty.
   • You must not share your membership card/wrist band or permit its use by anybody else.
   • You acknowledge that to provide the highest standards of its facilities, Freestylers Tribe may need to close certain or all facilities temporarily for decorating, cleaning, essential repairs or maintenance of equipment and special events, this may disrupt the provision of services to you, and agree that such disruption shall not amount to a breach of this agreement by us
   • opening hours are subject to change and we will normally write a notice where reasonably practicable, unless caused by unforeseen events

6. Facility Usage
   • Freestylers Tribe is a sport and recreation facility of all ages, however only adult persons are allowed to use the facility and its attractions on their own.
   • Users must wear appropriate clothing that enables ease of movement, suitable for strenuous physical activity.
   • All adults aged 18 years and above are allowed to use the center at their own risk after filling out a special form (the Tribe waiver form). The Form is available at the front desk.
   • Children and teenagers aged 6-17 are allowed to use the facility under the supervision of parent or guardian only after a written permission expressed on a special form (the Tribe Waiver Form) filled in by a parent or guardian. The form is available at the front desk
   • Adolescent below 6 years of age are allowed to use the centre under constant supervision of parent or guardian, and after a written permission expressed on a special form (the Tribe waiver Form) filled in by a parent or guardian. The form is available at the front desk.
   • Children under 6 years of age enter the centre area with one adult parent or guardian with two tickets. Parents or guardians of children under 6 years of age, present in the zone of trampolines and other attractions are required to wear the Freestylers Tribe socks
   • Using the facility for children under 4 years of age is allowed only in the soft play area and must be accompanied by an adult
   • In any case, the centre does not provide any services involving supervising of children and adolescents, and the use of the centre attractions by children and adolescent takes place exclusively at the risk and responsibility of the parent or guardian.
   • Parent or guardian, as a part of their obligation to supervise a child, are liable for any damage caused by their ward under the age of 18
   • It is allowed for an organized group to use the centre attractions. In such case, one adult guardian may be present at the centre with a group of not more than 12 under-aged children
   • Prior to the use of the centre attractions, the guardian of the group mentioned above must fill in a written permission expressed on a special form (the Tribe waiver Form) available at the centre front desk
   • When the responsibility rests with the group leader, participants use the centre attractions and facilities at their own risk, being aware of their physical abilities, fitness and in particular health restrictions, and threats related to their health
   • Pregnant women and persons with any health issues in which any physical effort may have a potential to endanger their health or life cannot use the centre attractions. Freestylers Tribe shall not be liable for any negative results arising from the breach of the above clause
   • In case of inflicting any injury, regardless of its nature and circumstances, this must be reported immediately to the staff of the company
   • The user is aware that accepting these Regulations waives the centre completely from:
     • liability for any injury, and the results of an injury inflicted during the use of the Company’s facilities except from the user injuries caused deliberately
     • liability for theft loss or damage of user personal items in his or her possession brought and left at the Center, except from the damage caused deliberately
   • Any complaints pertaining to electronic payments are processed by the centre within 14 working days from the date of filling a complaint in writing.
   • Occupied lockers will be emptied overnight and contents will be donated after 2 weeks if they remain unclaimed.
   • Sport attire is mandatory at the freestyler’s tribe centres.

7. Birthdays and parties booking
   • The initial birthday date can be booked in person or by phone. The booking is confirmed upon settling a pre-payment of 50% in person or online.
   • If the pre-payment confirmation shall not be submitted or if the payment at the venue shall not be settled within 7 working days from the date of the initial booking, it shall be cancelled, unless agreed otherwise.
   • The pre-payment is non-refundable and is included in the price of the service.
   • Settling the pre-payment constitutes the acceptance of the Terms and Conditions
   • The birthday will be celebrated in Freestylers birthday area (Freestylers café) which will be available for the birthday person and his or her guests for the duration of the birthday party. The birthday is available for 1.5 hours (counted from an appointed hour and not from the time participants gather at the party). Guests may extend the birthday timing subject to additional charges
   • Freestylers tribe Facility remains available for individual clients during a birthday party (West walk only)
   • The organizer provides the preparation of the birthday party in accordance with the selected package for the participants of the party only
   • The person booking the party is obliged to provide the expected number of guests at the time of booking
   • Each birthday package offered by Freestylers Tribe is prepared for a group of up to 10 people minimum
   • For a group over 10 people, the fee for participation in the birthday party is charged only for the actual number of guests
   • The exact number of birthday party guests should be provided not later than 3 days before the planned date of the party. In case the final number of guests is greater than declared, the booking person is charged for each additional person according to the applicable price list
   • If the number of participants shall not be provided, the party shall be prepared in accordance with the number of persons declared in the booking form
   • In case of a groups of over 15 people, due to safety and good entertainment of the participants, the booking person is obliged to appoint/pay for an additional coach. A single coach can supervise maximum 15 participants at one time
   • Any changes concerning the package and additional options should be reported not later than 3 days prior to the birthday party
   • The final settlement of the birthday party takes place on the day of the event after the arrival of all guests
   • Settlement of a birthday party is based on the booking form and additionally provided services and benefits ordered during the birthday party.
   • Parents/guardians are responsible for the safety of children during a birthday party.
   • Parents/guardians or the booking person are liable for damages to property or persons, caused by the participant of the event.
   • Freestylers Tribe centre is not responsible for items left behind at the premises of the centre, including birthday party café, lockers, and parkour area…
   • Due to reasons of hygiene, refreshments prepared for children must be consumed only in Freestylers café. It is prohibited to take food and drinks out of the birthday party café during and after the birthday party
   • Information about birthday packages and descriptions of events are available upon contacting Freestylers Tribe front desk.
   • Main Terms and Conditions of Freestylers Tribe apply to participants of the birthday party

8. Free pass and Buy one get one free Vouchers
   • Free pass vouchers are available for purchase at the front desk.
   • Freestylers Tribe will offer one Free pass and one Buy one get one free vouchers to the person who booked the party.
   • One Buy one get one free voucher will be offered to the guests of the birthday party. The person who booked the party is not entitled to the guests vouchers.
   • Advance booking is required (subject to availability).
   • Vouchers must be presented to the Front Desk staff to claim the offer.
   • Each Voucher will entitle the participant for one hour only
   • All Vouchers are valid for one month from the date of issue
   • Voucher cannot be split, redeemed for other services and not valid with other offers
   • Free pass and Buy one get one free vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash

9. Freestylers Classes
   • Participation in the activities of Freestylers classes constitutes acceptance of Terms and Conditions and Safety Agreement.
   • Access to the Parkour, Trampoline, Freerunning, obstacle course, soft zone areas is allowed Only after purchasing the Freestylers ticket/membership and receive a membership card/wrist band to Freestylers classes/activities
   • Access to the activities zone is possible not earlier than the hour for which the admission to the Parkour, Trampoline, obstacle course, soft play area was purchased, or at the time when group activities begin.
   • It is prohibited to use any of the Parkour, Freerunning, Trampoline and the obstacle course areas when classes/group activities take place.
   • Sport attire is mandatory at the parkour zone.
   • Each piece of equipment in the Freestylers centres should be used for its intended purpose.
   • The Freestylers centres must be maintained in order.
   • It is prohibited to consume food and drinks inside Freestylers centres
   • Participants who are under 18 years of age are required to provide a written permission of a parent or legal guardian for attending the classes
   • Only participants with a valid membership card can take part in the classes. Each time the participants are given a wrist band that permit them to take part in the classes.
   • If there shall be not enough participants, a group can be terminated, and the participants will be offered to join a different group.
   • Condition for participation in Freestylers classes is the purchase of subscription package allowing participation in several classes. The schedule of classes is divided into billing cycles. Freestylers undertakes to conduct classes on given dates, according to the schedule of classes and billing cycles are available in the price list upon contacting us.
   • Once Enrolled in Freestylers classes and obtaining the membership card, participants have two months from the date of membership purchase/renewal to complete their classes. For participants who choose to do their classes twice a week they will have to complete the classes within two months, for those who choose to do their classes once a week, in case a class is missed they must reschedule their missed class within the same week. Being absent from the class is possible once a month and the center must be informed about it at least 24hrs before the class by phone. Make-Up Classes are not allowed after membership expiration.
   • Parents/guardians should bring their children at least 30 minutes before the classes. Parents/guardians may not stay in the parkour zone during the classes. The exception are the training sessions open for parents. The coach determines the dates of open trainings
   • Prior to purchasing a membership card, participants are obliged to check the availability of slots for selected activities at the Freestylers desk. Freestylers reserves the right to refuse admission to any classes shall there be too many participants

10. Rules During Parkour/Trampoline Classes:
    • The participant is required to be dressed in sportwear and footwear or anti-slip socks. It is prohibited to wear jewellery and any decorative items during classes. Long hair must be tied close to the head.
    • During classes, participants are required to comply with the orders issued by the instructor.
    • Each participant has the right to refuse performing any exercises ordered by the instructor, recognizing them as dangerous to one’s health. If the training exceeds the physical of a participant, he or she should report it to the instructor
    • If a participant of the activities sustains an injury or feels unwell, he or she should immediately inform the instructor about it
    • Freestylers Tribe does not hold liability for any possible negative consequences for the health participants resulting from taking part in the exercises during sport activities organized in accordance with principles pertaining to sports.
    • In the event of improper behaviour of a participant in activities, including behaviour threatening life and safety oneself or other participants, or if a participant behaves in a manner disorganizing and hindering the conduct of activities for groups, the instructor has the right to draw consequences including exclusion from performing given exercises or banning from a training session. In such case, the participant is not entitled to a refund if he or she has been banned from classes due to his or her fault.
    • The participants of the classes are responsible for items left in the locker or in the centre premises

11. Personal Data Collection
    • During your membership, Freestylers Tribe may collect certain personal data about you including personal details, financial details, and information about your health. We will use this information for purposes including managing your membership and communicating with you. You have a duty to keep your personal information up to date and to inform us of any significant changes.
    • We will limit access to the processing of and the use of your personal data to our employees and management who may, from time to time, require its use for marketing or other services. In addition, from time to time we may need to make your personal data available to third parties such as legal authorities, our group companies, and professionals
    • Please contact the manager of Freestylers Tribe if you have any questions or concerns about how Freestylers Tribe will use and store your personal data or if you wish to exercise your right to access, modify, object to the use, or request the deletion of your personal information.
    • We reserve the right to take photographs of our facilities, which may include you, your kids, and all users of Freestylers Tribe activities for press and promotional purposes.
    • As a member of Freestylers Tribe, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the provisions of this paragraph and that you agree that Freestylers Tribe may collect, use, process and disclose your personal data as described.

12. Final Provisions
    • Freestylers tribe decides on all issues not included in these Terms and Conditions
    • Freestylers reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions
    • Freestylers shall each time inform the participants about changes made in the Term and Conditions via email or by informing them during classes.

يحق لمركز فري ستايلرزترايب تغيير ساعات عمل منشآتها في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق

2 عضويتك
2.1 يجب ألا يقل عمرك عن 4 سنوات و تحمل موافقة الوالدين لمن تقل أعمارهم عن 18 عاما للانضمام إلى مركز فري ستايلرزترايب
2.2 تسمح لك عضويتك بالوصول إلى مركز فري ستايلرزترايب وفقا لنوع خيار العضوية الذي حددته على النحو المبين أدناه
2.3 تنطبق عضويتك عليك شخصيا. لا يمكنك إقراضها أو التنازل عنها أو نقلها إلى شخص آخر
2.4 عند الدخول في اتفاقية العضوية هذه وفي كل مرة تدخل فيها منشآتنا أثناء عضويتك، فإنك تضمن وتخطر مركز فري ستايلرزترايب أنه ليس لديك أي حالات طبية معروفة لك مما يعني أنك قادر على ممارسة جميع أشكال التمارين وأن هذه التمارين لن تكون ضاره بصحتك. إذا كنت في شك تقع على عاتقك وحدك مسؤولية استشارة طبيب أو إلغاء عضويتك
2.5 نحتفظ بالحق في تنفيذ قائمة انتظار في أي وقت إذا رأينا ذلك ضروريا.
2.6 نحتفظ بالحق في إجراء أو تغيير هذه الشروط والأحكام في اتفاقية العضوية هذه أو وفقا لتقديرنا المعقول دون إشعارك
2.7 يجوز لنا التنازل عن ميزة اتفاقية العضوية الخاصة بك أو ملكية مركز فري ستايلرزترايب إلى مشغل أو شركة أو شركة أخرى في أي وقت دون إشعارك

3 خيارات العضوية:
3.1 فرع لوسيل (يجب ان يتم الحجز عبر الهاتف او عن طريق زيارة المركز)
3.1.1 باقة 8 حصص: متوفرة مع خيارين مختلفين (مرتين في الأسبوع او مرة واحدة في الأسبوع) يجب إكمال كلا الخيارين في غضون شهرين من تاريخ الاشتراك او تجديد الاشتراك
3.1.2 باقة 10 حصص خاصة: يجب إكمالها في غضون شهرين من تاريخ الاشتراك او تجديد الاشتراك
3.1.3 ساعة تدريب: يجب الحجز مسبقا
3.2 فرع ويست ووك
3.2.1 حي فري ستايلرزترايب (يجب أن يتم الحجز عبر الهاتف أو عن طريق زيارة المركز)
3.2.1.1 باقة 8 حصص: متوفرة  مع خيارين مختلفين (مرتين في الأسبوع و / أو مرة واحدة في الأسبوع) يجب إكمال كلا الخيارين في غضون شهرين من تاريخ الاشتراك او تجديد الاشتراك
3.2.1.2 باقة 10 حصص خاصة: يجب إكمالها في غضون شهرين من تاريخ الاشتراك او تجديد الاشتراك
3.2.1.3 ساعة تدريب، يجب الحجز مسبقا
3.2.2 الدخول اليومي
3.2.2.1 يمكن للمستخدمين حجز تذاكر الانشطة عبر الموقع الإلكتروني www.freestylerstribe.com (ينطبق على فرع ويست ووك فقط) أو من خلال زيارة مكتب الاستقبال
3.2.2.2 تتوفر 6 أنواع من التذاكر: ساعة، ساعتان، 3 ساعات، عضوية المجموعة، بطاقة المرافق (بشكل يومي) وتذكرة الترايب اليوميه (موسمية)

4 دفع رسوم العضوية وتذاكر الدخول بالساعة
4.1 من خلال إكمال نموذج الإشتراك والموافقة على الالتزام بهذه الشروط والأحكام، فإنك توافق على دفع جميع رسوم عضوية فري ستايلرزترايب والرسوم الأخرى في الوقت المحدد
4.2 أساس أي مدفوعات هو قائمة الأسعار. قائمة الأسعار متاحة على الموقع الإلكتروني أو في مكتب الاستقبال
4.3 يتم تحصيل الرسوم مقدما، وفقا لقائمة الأسعار السارية، ولا تخضع لاسترداد جزئي أو كلي، ولايمكن لمستخدمي فرع ويست ووك الذين يقومون بالحجز عن طريق الموقع الالكتروني تغيير وقت وتاريخ الاستخدام لمناطق الترفيه إلا إذا كان عدم تقديم الخدمة بسبب خطأ متعمد من الشركة
4.4 يشتري المستخدم تذكرة/عضوية لفترة محددة (الدخول في ساعة كاملة) وفترة زمنية. بعد انتهاء الوقت المدفوع، يلتزم المستخدمون بمغادرة فري ستايلرزترايب والتوجه إلى غرفة تغيير الملابس/ الخروج. عند انتهاء العضوية، يلتزم المستخدمون بتجديد عضويتهم لحضور فصول جديدة وضمان جداولهم السابقة
4.5 يحتفظ مركز فري ستايلرزترايب بالحق في تغيير سعر ونوع التذاكر في أي وقت. لا يؤثر الحق المذكور أعلاه على أداء الأوامر والاتفاقيات المبرمة قبل تاريخ تطبيق هذه التغييرات
4.6 يقوم المركز ببيع التذاكر كل ساعة عبر الإنترنت في www.freestylerstribe.com (ينطبق على ويست ووك فقط) حيث يمكن للمستخدمين تقديم طلباتهم. بالنسبة لفصول الباركور او الجري الحر او الترامبولين، يجب على المستخدمين الاتصال بالمركز لترتيب حصه تجريبية (تنطبق على فرعي ويست ووك ولوسيل)
4.7 من خلال تقديم طلب عبر الموقع الإلكتروني، يلتزم المستخدم بتحديد وقت وتاريخ الدخول إلى مقر المركز، ونوع وعدد التذاكر، وطريقة الدفع، ويلتزم بقراءة وقبول الشروط والأحكام، وهو شرط إلزامي لإتمام الطلب.
4.8 سعر شراء التذكرة ملزم في وقت تقديم الطلب، ويتعهد المستخدم الذي يقدم الطلب بدفع ثمن التذاكر المطلوبة. يمكن لشخص واحد في وقت واحد شراء عدد غير محدود من التذاكر
4.9 المركز غير مسؤول عن الفشل أو العنوان غير الصحيح الذي أشار إليه المستخدم أو المشكلات المتعلقة بالإنترنت أو أي ظروف أخرى خارجة عن سيطرة المركز
4.10 يقوم المستخدمون بحجز وشراء تذاكر الدخول الى المركز لفترة محددة (وهي مضاعفات ساعة واحدة) وهم ملزمون بمراعاة هذه الشروط. يوصى بالوصول إلى المركز قبل 30 دقيقة من وقت الحجز. المركز غير ملزم بتعويض الوقت الضائع في حالة تأخر المستخدم عن المدة المحجوزة. يتم الإبلاغ عن بداية ونهاية الجلسة (في ساعات كاملة) من قبل موظفي المركز
4.11 لا توجد مبالغ مستردة للوقت المدفوع والغير المستخدم من قبل العميل
4.12 المركز غير مسؤول عن الانقطاعات في تشغيل المكان لأسباب خارجة عن إرادته؛ الأعطال الفنية، انقطاع التيار الكهربائي والمرافق الأخرى وغيرها من الأسباب التي تشكل قوة قاهرة

5 المرافق والخدمات
5.1 للدخول إلى مراكز فري ستايلرزترايب، يجب عليك دائما تقديم بطاقة العضوية / سوار المعصم الخاص بك
5.2 نظرا لأن مركز فري ستايلرزترايب هي منشأة مختلطة بين الجنسين، يجب على جميع الأعضاء احترام ملابسهم ومراعاة الاحتشام.
5.3 يجب ألا تشارك سوار او بطاقة العضوية مع أي شخص آخر
5.4 أنت تقر بأنه لتوفير أعلى معايير الخدمات، قد يحتاج مركز فري ستايلرزترايب إلى اغلاق بعض أو جميع المرافق مؤقتا لتزيين، أو تنظيف، أو إصلاحات أساسية، أو صيانة المعدات والمناسبات الخاصة، وهذا قد يعطل تقديم الخدمات لك، وتوافق على أن هذا التعطيل لن يرقى لخرق هذه الاتفاقية من قبلنا
5.5 تخضع ساعات العمل للتغيير وسنقوم عادة بكتابة إشعار حيثما كان ذلك ممكنا عمليا، ما لم يكن ذلك ناتجا عن أحداث غير متوقعة

6 استخدام المرافق والخدمات
6.1 مركز فري ستايلرزترايب هو منشأة رياضية وترفيهية لجميع الأعمار، ولكن يسمح فقط للأشخاص البالغين باستخدام المرافق بمفردهم.
6.2 يجب على المستخدمين ارتداء الملابس المناسبة التي تمكن من سهولة الحركة، ومناسبة للنشاط البدني.
6.3 يسمح لجميع الاشخاص البالغين الذين تكون اعمارهم من 18 سنه فما فوق باستخدام المركز على مسؤوليتهم الشخصية بعد تعبئه نموذج خاص (نموذج التنازل). النموذج متاح في مكتب الاستقبال
6.4 يسمح للأطفال والمراهقين الذين تتراوح أعمارهم بين 6 و17 سنه باستخدام المركز تحت إشراف أحد الوالدين أو الوصي فقط بعد الحصول على إذن كتابي يتم التعبير عنه في نموذج خاص (نموذج التنازل) الذي يملأه أحد الوالدين أو الوصي. النموذج متاح في مكتب الاستقبال
6.5 يسمح للمراهقين الذين تقل أعمارهم عن 6 سنوات باستخدام المركز تحت إشراف مستمر من أحد الوالدين أو الوصي، وبعد الحصول على إذن كتابي يتم التعبير عنه في نموذج خاص (نموذج التنازل) الذي يملأه أحد الوالدين أو الوصي. النموذج متاح في مكتب الاستقبال
6.6 يدخل الأطفال الذين تقل أعمارهم عن 6 سنوات إلى المركز برفقة أحد الوالدين أو الوصي البالغ مع تذكرتين. يطلب من الآباء أو أولياء أمور الأطفال دون سن 6 سنوات، الموجودين في منطقة الترامبولين وغيرها من أماكن الترفيه ارتداء جوارب فري ستايلرزترايب.
6.7 يسمح باستخدام المركز للأطفال دون سن 4 سنوات فقط في منطقة اللعب اللينة ويجب أن يكونوا برفقة شخص بالغ
6.8 وعلى أي حال، لا يقدم المركز أي خدمات تنطوي على الإشراف على الأطفال والمراهقين، ويتم استخدام مناطق الترفيه في المركز من قبل الأطفال والمراهقين حصريا على مسؤولية الوالدين أو الوصي.
6.9 يتحمل الوالدان أو ااوصي، كجزء من التزامهم بالإشراف على الطفل، المسؤولية عن أي ضرر يسببه اطفالهم تحت سن 18 عاما
6.10 يسمح لمجموعة منظمة باستخدام مناطق الترفيه في المركز. في مثل هذه الحالة، قد يكون هناك وصي بالغ واحد في المركز مع مجموعة لا تزيد عن 12 طفلا دون السن القانوني
6.11 قبل استخدام مناطق الترفيه في المركز، يجب على ولي الأمر من المجموعة المذكورة أعلاه ملء إذن كتابي معبر عنه في نموذج خاص (نموذج التنازل) المتاح في مكتب الاستقبال
6.12 عندما تقع المسؤولية على عاتق قائد المجموعة، يستخدم المشتركون المناطق الترفيهية على مسؤوليتهم الخاصة، مع إدراك قدراتهم ولياقتهم البدنية وخاصة الصحة والقيود والتهديدات المتعلقة بصحتهم
6.13 لا يمكن للنساء الحوامل والأشخاص الذين يعانون من أي مشاكل صحية قد يكون لأي جهد بدني فيها أن يعرض صحتهم أو حياتهم للخطر عند استخدام المناطق الترفيهيه في المركز. لن يكون مركز فري ستايلرزترايب مسؤولا عن أي نتائج سلبية تنشأ عن خرق البند أعلاه
6.14 في حالة إلحاق أي إصابة بغض النظر عن طبيعتها وظروفها يجب إبلاغ موظفي الشركة بذلك على الفور
6.15 يدرك المستخدم أن قبول هذه اللوائح يعفي المركز تماما من:
6.15.1 المسؤولية عن أي إصابة، ونتائج الإصابة التي لحقت به أثناء استخدام مرافق المركز باستثناء إصابات المستخدم الناجمة عمدا.
6.15.2 المسؤولية عن سرقة فقدان أو تلف الأغراض الشخصية للمستخدم التي في حوزته والتي يتم إحضارها وتركها في المركز الترفيهي، باستثناء الأضرار الناجمة عمدا
6.16 تتم معالجة أي شكاوى تتعلق بالمدفوعات الإلكترونية من قبل المركز في غضون 14 يوم عمل من تاريخ تقديم الشكوى كتابة
6.17 سيتم إفراغ الخزائن المشغولة يوميا وسوف يتم الاحتفاظ بالمفقودات لمدة اسبوعين وسيتم التبرع بها بعد اسبوعين إذا لم يتم المطالبة بها.
6.18 الملابس الرياضية إلزامية في جميع مرافق المركز

7 حجز أعياد الميلاد والحفلات
7.1 يمكن حجز تاريخ عيد الميلاد الأولي شخصيا أو عبر الهاتف. يتم تأكيد الحجز عند تسوية الدفع المسبق بنسبة 50٪ شخصيا أو عبر الإنترنت.
7.2 إذا لم يتم تقديم تأكيد الدفع المسبق أو إذا لم تتم تسوية الدفع في المكان في غضون 7 أيام عمل من تاريخ الحجز الأولي، يتم إلغاؤه، ما لم يتم الاتفاق على خلاف ذلك.
7.3 الدفع المسبق غير قابل للاسترداد ويتم إحتسابه في سعر الخدمة.
7.4 تسوية الدفع المسبق تشكل قبول الشروط والأحكام
7.5 سيتم الاحتفال بعيد الميلاد في منطقة عيد ميلاد فري ستايلرزترايب (مقهى فري ستايلرزترايب) والتي ستكون متاحة لصاحب عيد الميلاد وضيوفه طوال مدة حفلة عيد الميلاد. عيد الميلاد متاح لمدة 1.5 ساعة (يتم احتسابها من ساعة الحجز وليس من وقت تجمع المشاركين في الحفلة). يمكن للضيوف تمديد موعد عيد الميلاد مقابل رسوم إضافية
7.6 يظل مركز فري ستايلرزترايب متاحا للعملاء الأفراد خلال حفلة عيد ميلاد (ويست ووك فقط)
7.7 يوفر المنظم إعداد حفلة عيد الميلاد وفقا للحزمة المختارة للمشاركين في الحفلة فقط
7.8 يلتزم الشخص الذي يحجز الحفلة بتوفير العدد المتوقع من الضيوف في وقت الحجز
7.9 يتم إعداد كل باقة عيد ميلاد تقدمها فري ستايلرزترايب لمجموعة تصل إلى 10 أشخاص كحد أدنى
7.10 بالنسبة للمجموعة التي يزيد عدد أفرادها عن 10 أشخاص، يتم فرض رسوم المشاركة في حفلة عيد الميلاد فقط على العدد الفعلي للضيوف
7.11 يجب تقديم العدد الدقيق لضيوف حفلة عيد الميلاد في موعد لا يتجاوز 3 أيام قبل التاريخ المخطط للحفلة. في حال كان العدد النهائي للضيوف أكبر من المعلن، يتم احتساب رسوم على الشخص الذي قام بالحجز لكل شخص إضافي وفقا لقائمة الأسعار المطبقة
7.12 إذا لم يتم توفير عدد المشاركين، يتم إعداد الحفل وفقا لعدد الأشخاص المعلن في نموذج الحجز
7.13 في حالة وجود مجموعات تضم أكثر من 15 شخصا، نظرا للسلامة والترفيه الجيد للمشاركين، فإن الشخص الذي يقوم بالحجز ملزم بتعيين / دفع ثمن مدرب إضافي. يمكن لمدرب واحد الإشراف على 15 مشاركا كحد أقصى في وقت واحد
7.14 يجب الإبلاغ عن أي تغييرات تتعلق بالباقة والخيارات الإضافية في موعد لا يتجاوز 3 أيام قبل حفلة عيد الميلاد
7.15 تتم التسوية النهائية لحفلة عيد الميلاد في يوم الحدث بعد وصول جميع الضيوف
7.16 تعتمد تسوية حفلة عيد الميلاد على نموذج الحجز والخدمات والمزايا المقدمة بالإضافة إلى تلك التي يتم طلبها خلال حفلة عيد الميلاد.
7.17 الآباء/الأوصياء مسؤولون عن سلامة الأطفال أثناء حفلة عيد ميلاد.
7.18 يتحمل الوالدان/الأوصياء أو الشخص الذي يقوم بالحجز المسؤولية عن الأضرار التي تلحق بالممتلكات أو الأشخاص والتي يسببها المشاركون في عيد الميلاد.
7.19 مركز فري ستايلرزترايب غير مسؤول عن الاغراض الشخصية التي تترك في مرافق المركز، بما في ذلك مقهى حفلة عيد ميلاد، والخزائن، ومنطقة باركور …
7.20 لأسباب تتعلق بالنظافة، يجب تناول المرطبات المعدة للأطفال فقط في مقهى فري ستايلرزترايب. يحظر إخراج الأطعمة والمشروبات من مقهى حفلة عيد الميلاد أثناء وبعد حفلة عيد الميلاد
7.21 تتوفر معلومات حول باقات أعياد الميلاد ومواصفات الفعاليات عند الاتصال بمكتب استقبال فري ستايلرزترايب.
7.22 تطبق الشروط والأحكام الرئيسية لمركز فري ستايلرزترايب على المشاركين في حفلة عيد الميلاد

8 قسيمة مجانية وقسائم اشتر واحدة واحصل على الثانية مجانا
8.1 قسائم المرور المجانية متاحة للشراء في مكتب الاستقبال.
8.2 سيقدم مركز فري ستايلرزترايب تذكرة مجانية واحدة وقسيمة اشتر واحدة واحصل على الثانية مجانا للشخص الذي حجز الحفلة.
8.3 سيتم تقديم قسيمة اشتر واحدة واحصل على الثانية مجانا لضيوف حفلة عيد الميلاد. لا يحق للشخص الذي حجز الحفلة الحصول على قسائم الضيوف.
8.4 الحجز المسبق مطلوب (مرهونا بتوفر الاماكن).
8.5 يجب تقديم القسائم إلى موظفي مكتب الاستقبال للمطالبة بالعرض.
8.6 ستمنح كل قسيمة المشارك الحق لمدة ساعة واحدة فقط
8.7 جميع القسائم صالحة لمدة شهر واحد من تاريخ الإصدار
8.8 لا يمكن تقسيم القسيمة أو استبدالها بخدمات أخرى ولا يمكن استخدامها مع العروض الأخرى
8.9 قسائم الدخول المجانية واشتر واحدة واحصل على الثانية مجانا غير قابلة للاسترداد ولا يمكن استبدالها نقدا

9 حصص فري ستايلرزترايب
9.1 تعد المشاركة في تداريب فري ستايلرزترايب قبولا للشروط والأحكام واتفاقية السلامة.
9.2 يسمح بالوصول إلى مناطق الباركور والترامبولين والجري الحر والقفز على الحواجز والمنطقة اللينة فقط بعد شراء تذكرة / عضوية حي فري ستايلرزترايب والحصول على بطاقة عضوية / سوار معصم لفصول / أنشطة فري ستايلرزترايب
9.3 يمكن الوصول إلى منطقة الأنشطة في موعد لا يتجاوز الساعة التي تم فيها شراء الدخول إلى منطقة الترامبولين أو نينجا أو المنطقة اللينة أو في الوقت الذي تبدأ فيه الأنشطة الجماعية.
9.4 يحظر استخدام أي من مناطق الباركور والجري الحر والترامبولين والقفز عن الحواجز عند إجراء الفصول / الأنشطة الجماعية.
9.5 الملابس الرياضية إلزامية في منطقة الباركور.
9.6 يجب استخدام كل قطعة من المعدات في مركز فري ستايلرزترايب للغرض المقصود منها.
9.7 يجب الحفاظ على ترتيب مركز فري ستايلرزترايب.
9.8 يحظر تناول الأطعمة والمشروبات في مركز فري ستايلرزترايب
9.9 يطلب من المشاركين الذين تقل أعمارهم عن 18 عاما تقديم إذن كتابي من أحد الوالدين أو الوصي القانوني لحضور الحصص التدريبية
9.10 يمكن فقط للمشاركين الذين لديهم بطاقة عضوية صالحة المشاركة في الحصص التدريبية. في كل مرة يتم إعطاء المشاركين سوار معصم يخولهم المشاركة في الحصص التدريبية.
9.11 إذا لم يكن هناك عدد كاف من المشاركين، فيمكن إنهاء المجموعة، وسيعرض على المشاركين الانضمام إلى مجموعة مختلفة.
9.12 شرط المشاركة في تداريب فري ستايلرزترايب هو شراء باقة اشتراك تسمح بالمشاركة في عدة حصص تدريبية. ينقسم جدول الفصول إلى دورات الفوترة. يتعهد فري ستايلرزترايب بإجراء الحصص التدريبية في تواريخ محددة، وفقا لجدول الحصص التدريبية ودورات الفوترة المتاحة في قائمة الأسعار عند الاتصال بنا.
9.13 بمجرد التسجيل في فري ستايلرزترايب والحصول على بطاقة العضوية، يكون أمام المشاركين شهرين من تاريخ الاشتراك او تجديد الاشتراك لإكمال حصصهم التدريبيه. بالنسبة للمشتركين الذين يختارون أداء فصولهم مرتين في الأسبوع، سيتعين عليهم إكمال الحصص التدريبية في غضون شهرين، لأولئك الذين يختارون أداء حصصهم مرة واحدة في الأسبوع، في حالة الغياب عن اي حصه يجب عليهم إعادة جدولة حصتهم الفائتة خلال نفس الأسبوع. يمكن التغيب عن الفصل مرة واحدة في الشهر ويجب إبلاغ المركز بذلك قبل 24 ساعة على الأقل من الفصل عبر الهاتف. لا يسمح بإعادة جدولة الحصص بعد انتهاء العضوية.
9.14 يجب على الآباء / الأوصياء إحضار أطفالهم قبل 30 دقيقه على الأقل من الحصص التدريبية. لا يجوز للآباء / الأوصياء البقاء في منطقة الباركور أثناء الحصص التدريبية. الاستثناء هو الدورات التدريبية المفتوحة للآباء والأمهات. يحدد المدرب مواعيد التدريبات المفتوحة
9.15 قبل شراء بطاقة العضوية، يلتزم المشاركون بالتحقق من توفر اماكن للأنشطة المختارة في مكتب استقبال فري ستايلرزترايب. يحتفظ فري ستايلرزترايب بالحق في رفض القبول في أي فصول إذا كان هناك عدد كبير جدا من المشاركين

10 القواعد خلال دروس الباركور / الترامبولين:
10.1 يجب أن يرتدي المشارك ملابس وأحذية رياضية أو جوارب مانعة للانزلاق. يحظر ارتداء المجوهرات وأي مواد زخرفية أثناء الحصص التدريبية يجب ربط الشعر الطويل بالقرب من الرأس.
10.2 خلال الحصص التدريبية، يتعين على المشاركين الامتثال للأوامر الصادرة عن المدرب.
10.3 يحق لكل مشارك رفض أداء أي تمارين يطلبها المدرب، معتبرا أنها خطرة على صحته او اذا تجاوزت قدرته البدنيه، فيجب عليه إبلاغ المدرب بذلك
10.4 إذا تعرض أحد المشاركين في الأنشطة لإصابة أو شعر بتوعك، فيجب عليه إبلاغ المدرب بذلك على الفور
10.5 لا يتحمل مركز فري ستايلرزترايب المسؤولية عن أي عواقب سلبية محتملة على المشاركين الصحيين ناتجة عن المشاركة في التمارين أثناء الأنشطة الرياضية التي يتم تنظيمها وفقا للمبادئ المتعلقة بالرياضة.
10.6 في حالة السلوك غير اللائق لأحد المشاركين في الأنشطة، بما في ذلك السلوك الذي يهدد حياة وسلامة نفسه أو المشاركين الآخرين، أو إذا تصرف المشارك بطريقة غير منظمة وتعيق سير الأنشطة للمجموعات، يحق للمدرب فرض عواقب بما في ذلك الاستبعاد من أداء تمارين معينة أو الحظر من جلسة تدريبية. في مثل هذه الحالة، لا يحق للمشارك استرداد الأموال إذا تم منعه من الفصول الدراسية بسبب خطأه.
10.7 المشاركون في الفصول مسؤولون عن اغراضهم الشخصية في الخزائن أو في مرافق المركز

11 جمع البيانات الشخصية
11.1 أثناء عضويتك، قد يجمع مركز فري ستايلرزترايب بيانات شخصية معينة عنك بما في ذلك التفاصيل الشخصية والتفاصيل المالية والمعلومات المتعلقة بصحتك. سنستخدم هذه المعلومات لأغراض تشمل إدارة عضويتك والتواصل معك. من واجبك الحفاظ على تحديث معلوماتك الشخصية وإبلاغنا بأي تغييرات مهمة.
11.2 يقتصر الوصول إلى معالجة بياناتك الشخصية واستخدامها على موظفينا وإدارتنا الذين قد يحتاجون، من وقت لآخر، إلى استخدامها للتسويق أو لخدمات أخرى. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، قد نحتاج من وقت لآخر إلى إتاحة بياناتك الشخصية لأطراف ثالثة مثل السلطات القانونية وشركات مجموعتنا والمستشارين المحترفين.

11.4 نحتفظ بالحق في التقاط صور لمنشآتنا، والتي قد تشملك أنت وأطفالك وجميع مستخدمي أنشطة مركز فري ستايلرزترايب لأغراض صحفية وترويجية.
11.5 بصفتك عضوا في فري ستايلرزترايب، فإنك تقر بأنك قد قرأت وفهمت أحكام هذه الفقرة وأنك توافق فري ستايلرزترايب على جمع بياناتك الشخصية واستخدامها ومعالجتها والكشف عنها كما هو موضح.

12 أحكام ختامية
1. يقرر مركز فري ستايلرزترايب جميع القضايا غير المدرجة في هذه الشروط والأحكام
2. تحتفظ فري ستايلرزترايب بالحق في تغيير هذه الشروط والأحكام
3. يجب على فري ستايلرزترايب في كل مرة إبلاغ المشاركين بالتغييرات التي تم إجراؤها في الشروط والأحكام عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو عن طريق إبلاغهم أثناء الحصص التدريبية
